PSP homebrew developer Art has released an update to X-Flash, an application which allows you to write custom icons. The program is now on version 18l.
It's been a while since we've seen any updates to the program. The last update was released way back in January last year

Kinney said that the idea was born while playing Halo 3 online and he imagined that multiplayer is going to be a lot more fun when playing with friends
