Wii Shop and IOS51 installer
Good news for Wiibrewers! Muzer has release the Wii Shop and IOS51 Installer, which means you will be able to use the Wii Shop Channel even without updating to the homebrew-unfriendly firmware update
Wii Shop and IOS51 installer is a very quick modification of PatchMii modified by Muzer that does one thing: It installs the new IOS51 and Wii Shop Channel, without installing the patches to all the other IOSes
Wii System Menu Player
Wii developers Dimok and giantpune have released the Wii System Menu Player version 0.1. This gives you an alternative menu to use for your Wii and utilizes the original files from the system menue. Right now navigation is working but game and homebrew are not starting. See the release notes below for further details
