OtM-Blogger (On-the-Move Blogger) - On-the-Move Blogger is a software written in C#/MFC that allows blogs to be written offline on Windows Mobile phones and the content to be uploaded to Blogger web page once the internet connection is available.

PictureTwitterer allows you to share pictures via Twitter and FTP server. When a new picture is detected in the camera folder the program will FTP upload the picture to the FTP server and create a Tweet on Twitter.com with the HTTP link to download/view the picture

Pocket SharpMT is really quite complete. Title, category, text, extended text (not recognized by Dotclear, but I assume MT does, not a problem) and key words are all there and waiting for creating postings
