Menu Loader 0.4
The Menu Loader is a simple .dol executable capable of rebooting the Wii under custom boot settings.
These options include:

WiiOperation is an operation-esque clone for the Wii. Game involves extracting bones from tight corners; and the old familiar zap to remind us that surgery isn't for everyone. Custom user content is available and easily added by using the included WiiOperation Level Builder
Sadmenu
sadmenu is a program that loads the System Menu, but patches it in memory to use "zcon.bin", "zanner.bin", and "zound.bin" instead of the normal versions. Therefore, when you load it, all the banners will be black. Just press "reset" to go back to the normal System Menu
MiiTransfer
MiiTransfer is a small application for reading and writing data to the internal memory of the wiimote. Using this app you can easily transfer mii's from your wiimote to your pc, and back to your Wii. Read the documentation included in the download for more information
