VocalButtons is a voice changer that allows you to pre-record voice buttons. For each button you can make a voice recording and they are stored on the storage card. Tap the button to replay the sound at the selected playback speed. You can adjust the speed from (1-200% of the original speed)

VocalDecoder - VocalDecoder program allows you to decode encoded voices from the PocketPC VocalEncoder. Tap the button to record the encoded audio message. VocalEncoder - VocalEncoder allows you to send encoded messages to a person via the PocketPC VocalDecoder. Tap the button to record you voice. When you want to send the message tap the button and the program will re-play the audio at 5x the speed. The other person uses the PocketPC VocalDecoder to relay at 1/5 the speed. NOTE: Please do not use this for illegal purposes
VocalExporter - allows you to compose wave sound files with custom speed setting. Select 'New' from the toolbar to open the exporter. Tap the button to record your voice and tap again to stop. You can select the speed of the sound file (1-200%) and tap the 'Export' button to playback and record the new voice
VocalFolderer is a wave file sound recorder that allows you to playback the wave files back from 1-200% the original speed (creating an effect). Select the storage folder and 'New' from the toolbar to make a wave file. When you tap on the wave file name the program will play it back at the selected pitch
VocalImporter - allows you to import a wave sound file and change the playback speed and record to a new file with speed settings (1-200%) of the wave file speed. Select 'New' from the toolbar and select the wave file to import and select the playback speed. The program will record the new wave file in the current folder
