PalmRunner (Palm OS) is a timer application which can be used for interval training.
It will give you the possibility to define a sequence of timers.
You can change the interval times by tapping on the + or - button or writing directly in the fields
Step Counter - This program needs the tilt sensor modification to work, it uses the acceleration sensor to count your steps while walking or jogging.
Just start the step counter application and put the pilot into your pant pocket or whatever you like. The sensitivity can be adjusted to match the different accelerations while walking, jogging or running
