Scizors - Scizors is a small file utility that allows you to split a file into smaller pieces. Why i want smaller pieces of a file? Some text editors cannot edit files bigger than 32 or 64kb. You can then split a file into smaller pieces, edit those pieces, and rejoin them to have the original file again! You can even select the size of the pieces: 16 or 32kb
