TXT2CID is a tool for PP developers to convert any four character type or creator ID (example: appl,DAcc,STra, etc.) to it's UInt32 equivalent. Launch the application and type in the string, then press enter. It will display the conversion and copy it to the clipboard
SyncNotify is an app for the other applications that need a hotsync to be installed properly. This app does not SIMLUATE a hotsync, it just makes the receiving application believe that one occured.
For example, I copied the IBM Java VM from my SD card to my palm. Well, the application was unusable because it needs to be synced to install properly
