PalmBuzzer allows you to set sound to the 4 hardware buttons, to letters and numbers and to add a picture on top of the window.
These are the naming rules at the moment:
Every file needs to be a WAVE audio file and stored in /PALM/Programs/PalmBuzzer/
* for the 16 on-screen buttons: Test1.wav to Test16.wav
* for the 4 hardware buttons: Hard1.wav to Hard4
No Streak Hack - Some Palm IIIx displays have the 'streaking' problem. They tend to extend vertical lines (can be seen in the datebook month view) . Sometimes this can be adjusted by reducing the contrast using the contrast adjustment wheel.

TreoSkey enables you to use the Treo Side Keys to Scroll and Select.
TreoSkey maps the following keys in this manner:
Side Volume UP Button -> 5-way UP key
Side Volume DOWN Button -> 5-way DOWN key
Side Button -> 5-way CENTER (Select) key
You can use [Shift] + [Side Button] or [Option] + [Side Button] to enable or disable TreoSkey anywhere on the Treo
FastSyncFree - This is a simple app that starts the Hotsync process, not requiring any user input. You can map a hard button to this, and it will function as a HotSync button.
