Homebrew coder Pate has released a new version of DSx86, a feature-pack DOS emulator for the Nintendo DS.
Changelog:
New IRQ handling using self-modifying code, which makes the whole emulator about 8% faster than before. More info in my previous blog post.

Hi all!
For the last 4 months I have been working on an x86 emulator for NDS.
Now finally I have something to show for my efforts, so I decided to
announce this project, and release a technical demonstration.
DSx86 currently emulates 80286 processor, MCGA 320x200 screen and SoundBlaster audio
nesDS nesDS
nesDS is a public-domain NES emulator for the DS from developerA huiminghao minitroopa. That's quite a mouthful, but at least the changelog for version v.53b are easily laid out.

Homebrew coder Popolon has recently released a new version of MsxDS, a MSX/MSX2/MSX2+ emulator for the Nintendo DS.

DS2x86 DS2x86
Patrick Aalto's x86 PC emulator for the Nintendo DS now moves up to its beta phase. As you could glean from the emulator's name, "DS2x86", it allows you to enjoy once more those old DOS games.

Snezzi DS Snezzi DS Gary Linscott has released v0.23 and v023a (sound version) of Snezzi DS, the DS port of the Snezziboy SNES Emulator on the Gameboy Advance. The two versions vas different compatibilities and only supports flashcarts right now. If you want to try Snezzi DS, run "snezzi.exe snesrom.sfc" and the flash the generated file to your flashcard
