Lua Player Mod 4 (source code)
Homebrew developer cools dropped by the QJ.Net PSP Forums earlier today and unloaded Lua Player Mod 4. It should be remembered that Mod 3 was based on LuaPlayer v0.20. This release, on the other hand, was based on v0.16 which should make it faster. cools also mentioned that Mod 4 was built using the latest sdk and lua 5.1.2
Easy Accelerated Image Rendering Lib
Easy Accelerated Image Rendering Lib is a homebrew application for image rendering designed to be an alternative to graphics.c/h. It was created by the_darkside_986 and some of its noteworthy features include the ability to stretch and rotate images as well as a user-friendly interface
PBPCat
PSP Homebrew developer flatmush (creator of flAstro) dropped by the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of a new application, dubbed PBPCat. This application is built for other PSP developers, and has been described as a substitute for bin2o. Here reads flatmush's full explanation:

LuaPlayer HM
Homemister has released a new version of LuaPlayer HM, bringing the application to version 3.0. The application has a couple of neat changes, though perhaps the most notable of them is the change that allows you to play all the sound files from old luaplayers.

Lib SDK Utilities
French homebrew developer dridri85 just released a new application called Lib SDK Utilities. This particular one is somehow related to the previous LibGE release. The latter is actually a graphics engine library for the C programming language.
Lib SDK Utilities, now, allows users to use the utility of the official SDK
Color Mixer
Homebrew developer seanpaul223 dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released version 0.2 of the application Color Mixer. This was based on a program originally created by the coder andyauff.
Anyway, Color Mixer is exactly what its name says - a program allowing users to create their own colors by modifying RGB values from zero up to 255
Whirlwind of Colour
It looks like colorful homebrew application are in vogue these days, now that we have a new 'brewed color mixing application by Marc6310, named Whirlwind of Colour. Similar to seanpaul223's Color Mixer, Whirlwind of Colour lets users combine two hues (the RGB values of two shades, to be more exact) to create colors

Here's a bit of good news for the guys who've been keeping tabs on homemister91's LuaPlayerHM application for the PlayStation Portable. The developed passed by the QJ.NET Forums to announce the release of this homebrew's version 6

Developer homemister visited the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of LuaPlayerHM7. Unlike the previous release from last May, however, this latest build is readily available for use among the PSP community.
Aside from routine bug fixes, this release also enjoys the addition of several new functions
