Fuse
Digiplay Studios has just released a new portal for the PlayStation Portable over at QJ.NET PSP Development Forums. Called Fuse, the program is currently in version 2.0 and carries similarities and differences to the group's original portal Digiplay.
Fuse v2.0 was created by the developers to celebrate the first anniversary of Digiplay Studios
iR Shell
Under normal circumstances, you won't be able to get the final version of iR Shell to work with 3.90 M33. Luckily, however, there's a solution for it, which Ahman himself managed to reveal. Ahman recently provided some info for patching the PRX files so that it would remove the firmware check in iR Shell v3.9, allowing it to run on 3.90 M33
Because we just can't seem to get enough of Mac-type Shells, homebrew developer has released MACXT for the PSP, a shell which takes the concept a little further with its own version of iTunes and iPhoto in its browser

Homebrew developers zx-81dropped by the QJ.NET forums to announce that he has updated his PSPTI99 to version 1.0.3. For those who aren't too familiar with the application, the PSPTI99 is a PSP port of the TI99Sim emulator and allows users to run programs made for the Texas Instrument's TI99/4 home computer
Lua Shell
Developer Dark_Shark delivers yet another treat to the PlayStation Portable homebrew community with a new shell application entitiled "Lua Shell v2". This Lua-based program includes much of the same features in similar homebrew apps while keeping the same familiar XMB interface that PSP users have grown accustomed to

This one was inspired by HACKBMAP.EXE by Datrex, a DOS application
