It's out, folks! Dark_AleX has finally released the latest in his series of Open Edition firmware. 3.30 Open Edition Rev A is out! This is serious cause for celebration especially after days of waiting for DaX to finally give word on what's up with his work (and what's up with his PSP).

Just a few days after releasing Flasher Xmb to the community, PSP coder Test30 comes back at us with an update for the app, which now stands at version 0.2
PatchSFO for 3.XX OE
CarBoyCam produces this PatchSFO to fix corrupted homebrew in GAME150 and 340 folders. Must have especially after playing around with 3.40 OE-A, which misfortune that befell CarBoyCam became the drive for the guy to create his first ever hoembrew. More details at QJ.net

From the same PSP homebrew developer who brought us Custom Firmware 1.62 IE-D, comes Toggle USB Flash2/3 special system. The brains behind this, becus25, mentioned that "with this tool you can access via usb to the Flash2 or 3 drive of PSP"

For the creative mind, there are no limits. And while our starting line does border on cliche, we find it describes homebrew coder brethren's update for the random_icons.prx plugin pretty well

Homebrew developer becus25 has really come a long way. We have to say that a handful of PSP users didn't have much faith in him when he first came up with his own custom firmwares. But becus25 kept on coding and kept on improving and this next release is the fruit of all those hardships.

A new update for Modo, the ultra simple mod player application, is now out with a bunch of useful bug fixes as well as new functions to make using Modo a tad more simpler than usual. Homebrew developer wbb also added support for Atari ST, adding it to the lengthy list of supported files
XmbController
After a somewhat long hiatus from homebrew developer Mr305, he's been working pretty hard on updating the XmbController Plugin kit that he's developed. This nifty app gives a fresh new look to your Cross Media Bar.
This latest version is a quick add-on to fix a previous issue connected to the analog stick. Mr305's post on the QJ
