PSP Homebrew Locator
Alex Richter has updated his Homebrew Locator for the PSP. It focuses on the eLoader, delivering the latest compatible homebrew for it.
New features for this version include :
* 30-50% less memory usage.
* Firmware 1.5 Support (not very good yet).
* Asynchronous downloads. So no more freezing.
* DL.QJ.NET used for downloads/screenshots

In 5.00 Sony took a different approach by no longer storing the floats in seperate words, but instead loading them using opcodes. This has made it harder to impossible for theme developers to find these floats, so we've decided to develop a tool to take it apart, and put it back together

kingofalleet tells us that Eiffel56 announced the PRX Loader for 2.71 SE over at the German Portable News forums. Now because of the intricacies of translation from German to English by weblator, we can't tell if this was from before or after he bricked his PSP from before (for no apparent reason)

Prx Flasher Edition
Forum member deadzone has released an English version of PrxFlasher, a new homebrew app that lets you change what applications launch from your PSP's XMB, over on our PSP Development forums. PrxFlasher has only been tested in 3.03 OE. Also, this app modifies your PSP's Flash0 so be very careful when using it
