PSPBTCNF tool
So the previous version of manatails007 got Slim support. This time around, PSPBTCNF tool v3 gets two new updates:
* a backup/restore function
* 3G PSP support
But wait - what does this do anyway? Well, catch up! In a few words, this PSPBTCNF tool basically lets you work with .bin files. The download file has a readme included
