Road Dog
Homebrew developer Art dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released a new application called Road Dog. The program is currently on version 1 and is actually a WiFi sniffer.
For those not quite familiar with such, Road Dog is kind of similar to califrag's wireless hotspot scanner called warPSP

*UPDATE* PSP homebrew developer Zx-81 has released a minor update for PSPIRC, upping the application to version 1.1.1. This version, sporting only a minor update, has a very short changelog:

PReSS
PlayStation Portable homebrew developer The Underminer gave us a heads up for a new release, called PReSS. It stands for Portable RSS and it was inspired by Sony's RSS Channel feature that first appeared back in firmware 2.60
PSP RSS Manager
Homebrew developer FreePlay dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released a new application called PSP RSS Manager. Just like its name implies, it's a Windows-based program that allows users to manage the RSS channels on their Sony handheld units.
