Its a Website Offline which you put on your pspand you write the link to the portal into your Browser and basicly its loads of cool apps andstuff in one Website And the Portal Is The Same Size as your PSP Screen so there will be no Scrolling

It's a application that looks like the browser Google Chrome, from Google. You've just only to download it, and put the files into your root directory.
You need a internet connection to save and load the files.
In a further release, V1.0, you will be able to create more tabs, and see you're favorites and history
Inverted Colour GoCam! Demo
Here's a demo that shows colour inverted output from the GoCam on the
PSP screen in real time. based on the Chotto cam sample at ps2dev.org.
It does nothing else, no saving of photo or video, just an experiment done
with the same sample I started on for Laser Invaders
