Babblr
Yongobongo has just informed us that babblr version 2.0 is now out and available for download. For those of you who haven't come across it yet, babblr is the successor to the Window Live PSP Messenger homebrew messenger portal for the Sony PSP.
At its core, babblr is an online messenger that will let you log in to AIM, MSN, and Y!M through your PSP

IRC for PSP
bakablah has added to Psilocybeing's pIRC project, updating it to v0.5d, and released the source code as well. pIRC is an application that allows you to connect to IRC with your PSP via WiFi. This was all based upon Danzel's peldet program
mIRC-PSP
After translating the official theme creator to German language, homebrew developer Lektor came up with a new mIRC script for the Playstation Portable. Even though this is the first time we're going to cover this, the release has just brought the program up to version 2.0
netlib Instant Messenger
Youresam helped bring WiFi capabilities to homebrew programs written in Lua when he released his development library netlib. A few days later, he put this library to practice with the first standalone IM client for the PSP
