Homebrew developer Spimort released the first build of Morback - a Tic Tac Toe homebrew game for Sony PlayStation Portable owners. Morback v0.1 sports the cleanest, professional graphics this side of the homebrew scene (thanks to artist Oxbow151), but according to the Oxbow151 there's a ton of improvements to be had in the near future
