WInnydows managed to released the full public version for her latest XviD4PSP PC-based video converter for the PSP! Here is XviD4PSP v5.036's newest features and full changelog:

Homebrew developer Winnydows has just released a quick update for the PlayStation Portable video converter application XviD4PSP. The last full build, 5.025, went live back in November and there have been a lot of changes since then.
This release, dubbed as 5.027 RC7, is only valid for the full version of XviD4PSP 5.025 and not with the lite one
