PSP Homebrew Developer mediumgauge is back with version 4.6 of PSP Filer. The new build fixes some bugs from the previous version and has some improvements on MP3 playback, including being able to play files that has sections of corrupted data.

When Archaemic released No Bull Moose v0.2 a few days ago, one feature that was added to the new build was support for ZIP and RAR archives. While this was supposed to be handy new function, it looks it contained a bug that may cause problems for some users.

We have a treat for homebrew developers today as we have word from Red_Squirrel that a new version for RSPsar Dumper is now available for download. The developer mentions that the latest build is a derivation of the classic PSar Dumper app, which now carries an executable file for easier installing on to your PSP
iR Shell
Under normal circumstances, you won't be able to get the final version of iR Shell to work with 3.90 M33. Luckily, however, there's a solution for it, which Ahman himself managed to reveal. Ahman recently provided some info for patching the PRX files so that it would remove the firmware check in iR Shell v3.9, allowing it to run on 3.90 M33
