PSP Homebrew Developer Ichigokurosaki of the Nobis Development Group - the group that brought us Flashmod - has dropped by our forums to inform us of their latest project, Flashmod X Alpha Backbone.
Right now the app still acts as a proof of concept, so there isn't an interface for the program yet. For now the app only does the following:

Developer Mirzab just dropped by to inform us that he's come up with a small update for his nifty little homebrew application CreatDir 0.2. This latest build includes some small cosmetic updates, as well as a French readme file
Alternative VSHMenu
Coder Red_Squirrel visited the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums earlier to announce that the Alternative VSHMenu homebrew has been upgraded to version 3.5. This plugin offers all the fucntions of the M33 VshMenu, as well as its own utilities such as the ability to take screenshots of the XMB browser

Developer thecobra visited the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of a new build of the CHANGE-D homebrew plugin for the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP). This app, in case you weren't around during the initial report, lets you switch between games and applications in the VSH by pressing the L button.

Here is a new version of PSPWrite the text editor for PSP.
It permits to edit even huge text file, in both dos and unix mode, using iso8859-1 (8bits) characters encoding. All iso8859-1 characters are present in the "Danzeff like" virtual keyboard.
The IR keyboard support is based on the work of Harald Fielker
