Yossi Starz has released a new version of the LUA Shell, Ys-Os version 1.8 which is a great improvement over the 1.0 version, and this time is provided with ample documentation for developers, runs smoother and is a better looking shell
Z33's Home Screen Editor
Mister Chief has released Z33's Home Screen Editor over on our PSP Development forums. Just so there's no confusion, this app is Z33's and, as Mister Chief himself says, all credit goes to Z33.
Any, Z33's Home Screen Editor allows PSP owners to change the home screen that they see on their handhelds when they press the Home button

PSP coder NightStar3 is back on the scene to release a new version of ZeroRCO Patcher, a handy plugin that now works on firmware 6.20, 6.31, and 6.35 that allows users to load custom gameboots and modified rco files from the memory stick without touching the flash of their respective firmwares.
