Time Traveler
We sometimes need to know the exact current time in other countries either for personal use or for something else. Homebrew developer placo23 dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released an application that does exactly that. It's called Time Traveler and is currently on version 0.5
Ultimate Portal
PSP Homebrew Developer Mizou93 has come out with an English translation for Ultimate Portal v6.0 which was originally released in French by biscottealacrevette. Mizou93 simply translated the program but does note one thing:
If you are using the Ultimate Portal Homebrew, you won't see the flash animations

PSP-Maps
PSP Homebrew developer Royale has released a new build for the PSP-Maps application. If you aren't familiar with PSP-Maps, it's a map-reader that allows the Sony handheld to retrieve maps directly from Google Earth.

PSPWeather is a simple piece of network software that allows you to view the local weather conditions on your PSP. It was developed by McDongle a year ago, but since then Zx-81 has worked his magic on it, adding new features and bug fixes

is a homebrew application to bring Google Maps, Virtual Earth and Yahoo! Maps to the PSP with a simple interface.
This program is not using the Google Maps API (except for address search), it is retrieving the images directly using the wireless connection.
You can search for an address, add/load favorites, or just move around on the map

Homebrew developer mcdongle dropped by QJ forums today and released an updated version of pet project pspWeather. Some of you might not be familiar with this as the updates for the program comes rather rarely. Anyway, the application basically is a network software that lets you view the weather in your locality using the PlayStation Portable (PSP)
