oslAnimLib: Animation class for OSlib users

Developer SG57 passed by the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of oslAnimLib. This homebrew is actually a dev library built specifically to aid other developers interested in learning about how to animate images from the PSP's OSlib graphics library. SG57 added these further details:

Here's a class for you OSlib users, capable of handling multiple image and spritesheet animations - any size, your only limit is the RAM and OSlib's PNG-format-only restriction. As a benchmark for you - about 175 160x172 PNG images is where it'll fill up either completely or be very close to.

oslAnimLib was inspired by Grimfate's animLib for Lua. Those interested in posting their feedback or asking SG57 about further details regarding this homebrew will want to visit the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums. Also be sure to credit the dev when you use osAnimLib for your works.

Game Categories source code Developer's note: I've decided to release the source code of Game Categories for educational purposes. It's licensed under the GPLv3 and I really wish you folks would respect it, and license derivative works under the same license. I'm really not in the mood for a witch-hunt after those who think they can get away with ignoring it
