This development kit is basically an emulator for creating minigames for his upcoming Wario Ware homebrew game release. The dev kit includes a detailed redme on how to create a mini game for Wario Ware using lua coding.
Youresam made a few notes for this release:
* I can reject a game created if I do not want it in the release. However, I dont expect that to happen.
* I forgot to include the activate USB function when it was compiled. So to activate USB, run the minigames once. (I put the usb function in there)
* This dev kit has only been tested on a 1.5 PSP, and therefore youresam doesn't know what it'll be like on 2.0+( so post a comment if it works on 2.0+)
* And remember, this isn't the game, its basically an "emulator" for the minigames.
