It's been a while since we heard from GeeXboX, but it seems the wait was well worth it. In case you missed the previous release, GeeXboX is a media center prototype for the Wii. This build is based on the recently released Whiite-Linux system, which adds a significant number of features to the program, including networking and USB support. Be sure to read the rest of the documentation included in the program. Here's the changelog:
20080717: 0.1alpha0. Feature addition release.
Based on whiite-linux-0.1a, which has USB host controller enabled. USB and network related functions of GeeXboX are therefore included in this release.
'Bugs' (keypressing and OSD color) in previous version no longer there.
