Parabalax have released a PSP ebook creator. This PSP ebook creator is a Windows based application that converts any text only (.txt) file into an ebook that you can read on your PSP.
The output files come in the form of JPG, and you just copy them to your PSP/PHOTO firectory to view them on your PSP using the Photo browser
