You migh remember the 13-year old French homebrew developer shadow77340 who provided us with PSPsokoban. After focusing on that game, he came up with a new release known as DestroyDust. Basically, you control mini vessels or destroyers in this game and the objective is to eliminate the dust enemies.
Being the fine developer that he is, DestroyDust v0.1 is not actually the first version of this game. A previous version has been made but it wasn't released publicly because shadow77340 wanted to fine tune it further. The changelog from this released version to that is as follows:
improvements speed
* As soon as one touches an adversary with a missile the stopped missile and does not cross any more the ennemy
* Une AI for dust (it can some time move, attack and dodge)
* The best presicions for managements of collisions
* There is maitenant a menu (with selector: p)
* One can choose between several world (2 new world)
* There is a lisezmoi.txt in the releases
* Les sprites of shot is to replace by surfaces to create by the SDL
* Ameliorations of the code
* On can put the play pauses about it with start
* Quand one has to exterminate all dust one returns to the menu automatically directionelle _desactivation of the keys to move one uses only the joystick
* On has a bar of life (not yet functional but will be to activate in the next version)
* On can draw several times after
* Il has maitenant there an icon
* Les source codes is releaser from the 0.1
As you've seen above, this game is in Fench but there are no worries there because it is very easy to understand. Also, the coder deemed it fit to release the source code as well.

There have been a lot of studies already about how videogames provide escape from the real world. They make people forget about life's harsh realities by immersing the gamer to make-believe worlds and situations. Whichever it is, videogames deconstruct and transform our brief lives
