This particular mod for GTA V allows you to instantly transform your existing vehicle into a UFO by performing the "Give Parachute" cheat. Just replace any existing cheat files with this one, and you'll be up and flying ET style! The UFO used to be a somewhat difficult vehicle to get, but now it can be yours any time you want it!
