GTA IV Advanced Heli Rounds Mod: Exploding Rounds On PS3 And 360 - Want to give your GTA IV helicopters a little more firepower? Check out this impressive exploding ammo mod!
GTA IV may be somewhat obsolete since the release of GTA V, but its modding community isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Colt of PSX-Scene has just created an impressive exploding bullet trick for the game's many helicopters. Using the controller's directional buttons you can decide just how big your explosions will be, and select between different rounds to create different kinds of blasts. The best part is, this mod works on both the PS3 and 360 versions of the game.
Notes:
If you are not in an Annihilator, it will spawn you in one.
The explosion type "dir flame" is not available when host, as it causes freezing.
Do not use "dir flame" in single player, as you will freeze.
Do not abuse this script.
This has only been used on IV. (TBoGT/TLAD/EFLC is untested).
The controls are printed when the SCO is first activated, and they are also below.
Controls (PS3):
Fire: SQUARE
Increase range: X + D-UP
Decrease range: X + D-DOWN
Change explosion type (left): X + D-LEFT
Change explosion type (right): X + D-RIGHT
Controls (Xbox):
Fire: X
Increase range: A + Dpad up
Decrease range: A + Dpad down
Change explosion type (left): A + Dpad left
Change explosion type (right): A + Dpad right
