Kriswu from PSPChina has released Notepad for PSP with Chinese support. Notepad for PSP is a notepad program based on emaa€s TTLDE. Kriswu has added a handy Chinese input function into this program. The V2 version is a standard version, while the V3 version supports word-association function. The basics of input are similar to the PSP PowerWord.
