PSP Tool
Big changes are up for raing3's multi-purpose IPL/memstick management application for the PSP. We haven't heard about PSP Tool for quite some time now, and fortunately, it hasn't gotten a new name change too.
For those who haven't kept track of PSP Tool, it allows you to back up and restore yoru PSP's IdStorage, and inject or erase some IPLs

Homebrew dev TOcean has released a new version of his Light VSH Menu for 6.3X PRO users. What's neat about this package is the addition of the screenshot function, customizable controls, power button lock and more.

EZ4 ETool EZ4 version of ETool 3.13 has been updated by its developer, Cory1492, to ETool v3.13(b). The latest version now uses a 64K .sav file. It has a hand patched header to make it write it out so 2mbit size games can be compressed to under 64K. Meanwhile, the multitasking Cory 1942 is currently working on another project, the DSBook

Wave Attack
Yes folks, that screenshot above is real. It was created through an app made by Sulpher Dragon, and is based off of xmbWave, which creates randomized waves for your cross menu bar everytime you access it.
According to the information on the readme, it edits the system_plugin_bg_deflate.bin, randomising values between decimal offsets of 464 and 948
PSP Wave Changer
Akez has released a wave changer for all you wave fans to try and use. Called PSP Wave Changer v1.0, this application allows you to flash your own wave types to the PSP.
Akez mentions that PSP Wave Changer has been tested on 3.52 M33-2 firmware, so Akez isn't sure whether it'll work on other firmware types
