Homebrew coder 5h4d0w's has released a new version of his "Plugin Manager", a handy homebrewed app that allows you to, well as the name suggest, manage your plugins installed on your PSP.
Changelog:
The flash is only assigned if you try to access it.
This is so TN users with flash protection enabled will still be able to use most of the app.
Improved loading the Recovery Menu.
Still won't work on GEN Firmwares...
