Stealth Kill has released a mod for Super Mini Mario v3, Super Mini Mario Brothers 2. Super Mini Mario Brothers 2 replaces some of the in game graphics of Super Mini Mario v3 to look like those from Super Mario Brothers 2, and includes 5 levels.
This mod is currently in v0.1, and that can be seen in the longevity of the gameplay
