Developer PsyCadelik didn't have much to say about his XNA work. There isn't a readme in the archive either. So to be on the safe side, you better consider that this nostalgic XNA take on the old Digger games may do weird things to your system.
As usual the XNA stuff have to be set up on your system for this to work.
