For all those rockstar-wannabes, here's an interesting homebrew application just for you. Released by Zion is the PSP Guitar-Tuner. It basically allows you to play the string in the set you require and lets you play long enough for you to tune in your guitar. Smart, eh? The guitar-tuner features a fully functional menu, along with easy to follow backgrounds, and of course the tuning sounds.
How does it work with the PSP controls? Fairly simple. Start button navigates you through the menu, while Select returns you to the main menu, and the buttons as displayed plays the required tone. Simply select which set you want to tune to via the menu, then follow the onscreen instructions to tune your guitar.
To install this application, put the GTPSP and GTPSP% folders into the PSP/game directory, play from the xmb (PSP Main Menu) and voila! You are all set to rock out!
