Save yourself from the hassle of creating custom theme files (CTF) from your Sony Playstation Portable. With Red Squirrel's CTF Manager version 1.0, you can now design themes more creatively using your PC.
CTF Manager is a simple graphical user interface for ctf/unctf tools. Not only can you create themes using only your PC, you can also install them to your PSP. Here is the list of features from homebrew developer Red Squirrel:
* Possibility to create CTF themes using only a PC!
* Possibility to extract files from a CTF files (files will be put in EXTRACTED folder)
* Possibility to install easily required PRXs in SUPPORT folder (they have to be put in SUPPORT folder in any case, otherwise program will not work!).
* Possibility to install CTF themes in your PSP
We've previously reported of a flash-less CTF plug-in which has minimal risks of bricking. This one doesn't even need installing. All CTF Manager needs is.NET framework 3.6. Don't worry, you can download it from Microsoft for free.
One last note from Red Squirrel: your data folder must be in the same folder as CTFManager.exe. That's it, get those creative light bulbs shimmering.
