AnyLanguageStudy is a PSP application for studying words, grammar and characters. It comes bundled with Japanese word lists to help you studying for Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). However, you may create your own study lists for any language. AnyLanguageStudy is an open source project without any specific license. You may use the source for non-commercial projects.

Wow after all the support I had to come with a new version.
I fixed the Championship Mode, it should be fully functional now. This mode is for advanced users who are familiar with the Japanese writing system. Use the analog stick to shift the characters up from Ka to Ga, Ha to Ba etc
DSLearn DSLearn DSLearnHeads-up! Zarxrax just updated his DS homebrew app, DSLearn. Basically, it's a sort of a flash card made for the DS. On one side, there's a word in Japanese. Just like flash cards made for kids, you can flip it over to check out the answer

Now this is something we could use ourselves considering our "misadventures" with translating Japanese websites using Babelfish and other services.
