DS KanjiDict DS KanjiDict v0.5 is a homebrew application for the DS to help you learn and translate Kanji characters. This archive includes a lengthy readme for more info.
Translated notes from the developer, eo:
Here DS KanjiDict 0.5 with l' addition of the base of Taka layouts in the mode Kanji Information. To support on " Draw" in this mode will draw the kanji by respecting l' order of the features if this last is in the base. Attention however, the authors of Taka do not guarantee that the layouts with the top of the jouyou 3 are without errors.
Installation: As for the previous model, it is necessary thus the binary contents of KanjiDict05.7z for you, one make and a file " .db". There are bases prefaites in KanjiDict04_db.7z; I add KanjiDict05_db_en.7z and KanjiDict05_db_fr.7z with more consequent bases. Re-elect your file .db so necessary in jmdict.db and put it in a file " db" with the root of the media. The file " fonts" must also be with the root, you can replace mona.ttf by your characteristic make if you wish it (and c' is advised for French for reasons of problems with the accents in make basic). For the French-speaking people, to use kanjidict_fr.nds and re-elect jmdict_fr.db in jmdict.db as explained Ci to above have the French data, l' interface it still remains in English.

But it's free and Babelfish mis-translations never fail to amuse us, plus we just love the name (Babelfish) so we're not really complaining. If you feel the same way about Babelfish this is something of a good news
