Homebrew developer a_noob, known for game VSHPong and a PSP programming language made from Lua, dropped by QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and released a new plugin called VSHTime.
Basically, this gives users a new way of looking at the XMB's time display as shown by the screenshot above. The plugin was tested on CFW 3.40 OE-A but a_noob mentioned that it should work pretty fine with any custom firmwares.
Aside from that, the coder also said that VSHTime is somewhat of a hack job. He explained further:
It will display whatever image the vsh last used, which most of the time is the Time and Date. I have ran it in the web browser and got the webpage rendered to the cube which was quite neat, but hard to navigate.
VSHTime comes with its own readme file which should provide you with an installation guide. Be sure to go through that first before doing anything to avoid any problems.
