The Dolphin Dev Team has updated their ever-improving Nintendo Gamecube and Wii emulator, with the release of revision 7357.

A bit of cleanup to Core Init/Stop, Frame, and Main. Cleanup XAudio2 to attempt to fix the crash on stop(didn't help :p). For some reason CFrame::DoStop is called twice.(might be the issue)

Okay, version 0.04 is released. I hacked the CHMOD code in DSx86 so the Elite save games work. It needs to be fixed properly in a future version, though.
Feel free to test again the games you tested on 0.03, as many of the problems in the logs have been fixed (I hope)
