A couple of days ago, homebrew developer Crazy C released a new patch for the much-loved DOS emulator for the PlayStation Portable, DosBox. However, the release didn't quite go smoothly because all the files are kind of scattered all over and those interested to use it must find these said files.
However, today's a good day for DosBox because a sector of the homebrew community, in a joint effort, came up with a pre-made EBOOT for DosBox. So far, video games found to be working with the emulator include Warcraft 1, Prince of Persia 2, and even Theme Park.
Speaking of which, some users noted that Warcraft 1 ran on DosBox at around 7 to 10 fps but hey, this is a collaborative effort and as such, it isn't bad at all. Besides, we believe that a homebrew of this caliber will just keep on getting better and better and we see updated versions coming soon.
It was said by some users that this EBOOT works with custom firmware 3.40 OE.
