npdtool - edat/sdat tool - Are you familiar with EDAT and SDAT files from the PlayStation Network? This tool can help you decrypt them and make them smaller!
If you like using a lot of PSN content on your modded PS3 console, chances are you probably have plenty of experience with EDAT files and k_licensee. This final version tool by user and Belmodo decrypts that content and rebuilds it to run on any system you want. PS:
extracting compressed edat/sdat is supported, creating isn't. However, you can finalize compressed debug edat/sdat
Edit:
ofc creating and extracting uncompressed edat works as well...
let me know if there are any issues. it works with every file i tried.
