Previously known as PS3Filer, PS3-Nes gets an apt rename. Dark-Show has released an update to his NES emulator for the PS3, which runs via BD-J.
The emulator still doens't have any sound support, but it's slowly showing signs of more functionality. One of the newer features for PS3-Nes u0.2b is added support for a second controller. Here's the full list of changes for the new version.
Updates:

Dolphin is a Gamecube emulator. It also has preliminary support for Wii and basic Triforce emulation (this is pending a commit, and does not run games yet).
Gamecube compatibility is about the same (or worse, due to various core changes and lack of subsequent compatibility work) as previous releases.

Homebrew dev Pate has updated his latest project, DS2x86, a new version of his DOS emulator for the Nintendo DS that supports SuperCard DSTwo flash carts.
Now on version 0.05, the latest update includes the following improvements:
Preliminary support for high resolution EGA/VGA modes 640x200, 640x350 and 640x480 added
