Square Force is a 2D space shooter with a host of implemented and planned features. Players even get to create their own ships from scratch, deciding where to put components like shields, reactors, and guns and how many of them to include.
Originally developed in French, this Square Force release is in English, although there are still a few translations that need some polish. Akabane87 also put in an easy way for players to make their own translations just by modifying text files. More details here. This game is still a work in progress. This release serves as a prologue, with the dev planning to add further chapters in the future.
