QJ reader psphackman pointed us towards a new release from Vertex Origins on our PSP Development forums. The release is Vertex 3D Car version 0.1b, and even though it's still a beta demo, this new piece of homebrew looks pretty darn good. Here's the changelog for this version:
* A complete track is now added. You're driving on this track and no more on area of squares.
* A "Crazy's Guard" is added, prevent the player to get out of the track.
* Car's speed depends on the surface where the car is on.

The French duo of Skity and Stewart is back with an improved version of homebrew game Speed Reflex. For those who missed it, Speed Reflex is a racing game in its core but emphasis is given on the player's reaction time. One should be able to avoid several road blocks through out the course of the game

The hits keep on coming from Wii developer ThatOtherPerson who has released an update to his cool homebrew racing game known as UFO Racer.A This is version 3.4.A ThatOtherPerson notes that he has fixed an issue with track saving.A He also replaced the PS3 analog stick controls with Sixaxis motion controls
Drag Mini Drag Mini is actually the engine for the game he's really trying to get out, called Drag, but for an final test version, it's fun to play!
Last time we mentioned Cools, we said that his game Drag Mini v.2 was his last version for the game. Guess he lied, then, which is a good thing!

Five hours in and xslayer91's just released not just one notch of an upgrade, not just two. But four! From a v0.01 release earlier this afternoon, PSRacer is now speeding up to v0.05. Talk about speed coding. We're not sure what the changes are between v0.01 and this one, but check out the changelog for the homebrew drag racer and its new features:
