GameSonic Manager by Orion seems like it's always under construction. To keep that tradition alive, this very latest update provides a slew of revised backgrounds and interfaces. You'll also find a few slight control changes, and overall improvements made to the backup scanning feature. It may take longer to launch the app in the beginning, but the developer notes that doing things with a slight delay helps prevent several crashes later in use.
