It seems that coder pspfreak101 noticed the same and that's why he came up with the program 3.71 M33 Easy Installer. Just like the name implies, this is a PC-based program that aids users in installing custom firmwares of their choice. All they have to do is install the program, choose a CFW, and they're done.
3.71 M33 Easy Installer has a Readme.txt file which will provide you with all the necessary details on installation and usage.
