Despite the fact that QJ has plenty of 4.60 version spoofers up for download, this file by PS3ITA is the only one that works on DEX systems. Provided you have 4.50/4.55 DEX or Cobra DEX, this easy to use utility bumps your PS3 version number up to 4.60 for possible PSN connectivity. I cross-compiled on ecplipse and minimalist pspsdk.
Currently, all this does at the moment, (hence the v1), is make a complete dump of the nand.
All you have to do is open up the program, and its doing it for you!!
